At Proptimise we are dedicated to helping you optimise our property journey.

We are on a mission to help as many people as we can make the best of their property journey. Everyone's situation is unique, and we all have different circumstances and needs and desires. Our aim is to firstly get to know you and your needs and for you to get to know us. If you believe we are a fit and can help you we will then tailor a plan to help you get the most effective use from your property, the way you define it. We help with buying property, selling property, the prepartion for going to market such as decluttering, staging, project managing a renovation, project managing a DA etc.

We can help you with the entire process or we can help you with select components of the process, its totally up to you. Either way we are here to help optimise your property journey, whatever that may mean for you.

Of all the things you transact with in your lifetime, its your property transactions that are undoubtedly the biggest ticket items so it makes sense to to seek help with that process. But its not just a transaction, its far more than that....its your home. It has meaning, it has heart and soul and even if it is an investment, it still has soul because behind that investment their is a meaningful reason why you are seeking a return on your investment. It could be to build a legacy for the kids, or help elderly parents, or simply to have more freedom to allow you to invest more time into the things that bring you joy, meaning and purpose.

A little bit about me/Brett and how I am able to help you optimise your property journey

First and foremost I'm am reliable and down to earth. Someone you can relate to and who can walk in your shoes and see it from your perspective. This is the most important  ingredient I believe because if I get to really and truely understand your needs and circumstances then together we can both strive to achieve your desired outcome..... to optimise your unique property journey. This element should not be underestimated. You do not want someone working with you that only has their interests at heart and who tries to force something on you. There can be a lot of "lah de dah" in the industry, with people trying their very best to impress. With the Proptimise team you will not get any of that fluff, just down to earth, genuine professionalism and good old fashioned service and a true desire to help. With us you will honestly feel like you have a sage friend on your side.

I could stop there because I believe there is nothing more important than authenticity, integrity and dependability, but for those who would like to know a little bit more about my passion for property, here is a quick snap shot.

I have been investing in property for decades and have undertaken multiple successful Development Application Approvals across different projects and with different councils. I understand the importance of working with various contractors and specialists to achieve an outcome. I also have personal experience with renovations, decluttering, staging properties and presenting them for sale.

I am a Licensed Real Estate Agent and have an MBA degree which is handy for commercial acumen

As a buyers agent I have helped people find their dream homes

I also have experience as a commercial property manager, managing millions of dollars in rent roll as well as helping businesses find their desired office space to lease so that their businesses can thrive. Managing commercial properties has given me perspective on managing various projects from elevator upgrades, to solar panel installations and many things in between. Being a business owner these days is challenging and being able to work with commercial tenants to ensure they are happy and that their clients and customers are happy is paramount so that they can focus on what they do best and get their business to prosper.

These skills and this experience is transferable between the commercial and residential property sectors

I have also invested in multitudes of independant property courses and education to further improve my skills as a property enthusiast. This has also given me exposure to a like minded individuals and a network of potential buyers and investors that can be leveraged for beneficial outcomes

I also have trade accounts with various suppliers to help manage the ever increasing building and supply costs which can be leveraged to your advantage

This all equates to a unique blend of experience and skill which is something I can bring to the table when helping you optimise your own property journey

Besides a burning passion for property, my other passion is pets and animal health. In fact I am a qualified veterinarian and although I am not currently in practice, I do derive a great deal of satisfaction from helping educate pet owners on how to best care for their fur babies. In my spare time you will find me exercising, savouring healthy meals and enjoying time with my beautiful wife, family and friends (fur included)
